We are located in a fantastic office building called “The Busworks” in North London.
Our main office is based in an old converted bus repair factory with a welcoming reception team on hand if you ever need to come and collect your goods – remember book it in with us first or you will be turned away. (See Below)
We can arrange collections from our office if it is easier for our local customers but because we are inside an office building with hundreds of other companies you can’t just turn up – stock isn’t held here so we ship it here and arrange the collection with you. We feel this offers a sense of guarantee when goods arrive, as if something has been damaged in transit we can rectify the problem for you.
We will even bring it to your car !!
How do i arrange a collection?
You would need to call us in advance – to let us know you want to collect then place your order online as you would do normally with the delivery address as our office address, we will then issue the goods to the office from the warehouse and call you to let you know when it is due so you can come and pick it up.
Can i collect outside of office hours?
In rare occasions we might be able to do so, we are as flexible as possible for our customers but we have stuff to do too 🙂 please speak to the office in advance and we will see what we can arrange
Am i still eligible for returns on collected items?
Yes of course you are but its your responsibility to bring or send the goods back to our office address – at a pre arranged time – for us to sort out the return.
The refund would be processed once we are satisfied the goods are in the same condition they were when the item left with you the first time, and as always can take up to 5 working days to be applied to your payment method.
